It just seems to be so easy for an actor to convey an emotion on the screen. This is normal because it is his profession. The actor is perfectly in his role and in the present. He may in no way let himself go into the past or the future, or give way to any uncontrolled reflex. He is conscience of his gestures, his looks, his movements. A public person who is interviewed on a humanitarian subject in front of a camera and who is suddenly overwhelmed by an angry memory about a quarrel he had the same morning with his neighbour may keep a  smile on his face but the look in his eye will express the angry emotion. The coherence vanishes, the camera captures this very specific moment and the sense of the message changes completely. Becoming aware of our own gestures in the present is the principal target of this seminary. Training will be made to measure for each participant..
