India & Morroco
In 2008 a pilot Leadership Woman Practice project will be launched in Bangalore in the South of India. A professional French school, leader in its field, will be working with Indian investors, under the impetus of LWA, to export French know-how in order to train women not only for a profession or trade but also in management skills so that they can then set up their own businesses. These partners are resolutely committed to the objectives pursued by the Leadership Woman Practice association and the recruitment of trainees will be in the spirit of the charter. The application of what they learn here commits the trainees to base their professional practice on the principles of the charter. With the help of grants from the association, women from modest backgrounds but with an entrepreneurial spirit can join the training programme. At the end of their training, thanks to the grants made available by the association, they will be able to launch their own business.
In 2008, this profit centre model will be opened in Kerala and Mumbai.
A similar project will get off the ground in Morocco in the last quarter of 2007.
The Indian investors will be replaced by Moroccan counterparts because it is indispensable to work on good terms with local partners...
