Initial motivation
Two years ago I resorted to coaching. At the time I felt terribly weary, I was out of breath, felt exhausted and totally demotivated. This way of encouraging myself of asking myself the “right questions” was very beneficial. I reviewed my personal resources, my values and my desires and I found myself transformed in my professional as well as in my personal life. I’m now convinced that this work on my personal development, meaning on “who I am”, is the origin of my joy, my dynamism and my daring never experienced before.
Our professional reference system is fundamentally masculine. Like millions of other women I adopted those masculine rules to function. At the end of the day I mainly lived with masculine values which inevitably led to profound frustration, and hence a considerable drop in performance and a very clear increase in antagonistic relationships.
What is important to me is to have the potential of women and then all the potential of feminine values recognized as an indispensable dimension in our societies. I’m not interested in imposing any particular idea. I want to share this inner knowledge so that others can make a contribution to the positive construction of all aspects of our societies.
