Les séminaires LWP - Leadership Women Practice

These seminars are aimed at all those who seek in themselves the resources to improve their professional and personal situation, and who consider that feminine values contribute a spirit indispensable to our societies.

Ghislaine Andreani

She began her career as journalist in various dailies before becoming a reporter with ELLE magazine and the chief editor of VITAL and TELE7JOURS. She is also the author of numerous books such as Le nouveau savoir-vivre and the Manuel de la correspondance published by Hachette, two books that enable the widest audience to understand and share in life behaviours in society.

 
Henri Clairon

This director of photography is a graduate of IDHEC, the Institut des Hautes Etudes Cinématographiques. He was made a Chevalier of the order of Arts and Letters and has worked with major French film-makers. Along his feature-length films are “Les choses de la vie”, “César et Rosalie” and “Peur sur la Ville”. Henri Clairon expresses his know-how in making television programmes, in audiovisual communication and advertising. He has handled the theatrical lighting of a celebrated concert by Pierre Boulez at the Festival d’Avignon, the exhibition “120 years of LANCEL” and stage plays.

Annie Ducellier

 A graduate of the prestigious HEC business school (1976), Annie Ducellier has spent most of her career with the IBM group in Sales and Management posts. After gaining experience in the Internal and External Communication, Marketing and Human Resources departments, she became a Senior Consultant in the field of individual and collective performance.

An expert with the APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management) on balancing the sexes in employment, she gives courses different engineering schools and universities. In November 2005, her book La mixité, un atout pour l'entreprise was published in the collection 20Questions (publisher: Milalma).

Sébastien Fournier

 Sébastien Fournier sang from the age of 10 in the choir of the Cathedral of Lyon. A graduate of the Conservatoire National de Lyon and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama of London, he has an exceptional vocal range that allows him to sing very varied roles. Sébastien has run company seminars since 1998 that use singing as a team-building tool and a medium for inculcating corporate values and cultures as well as leadership qualities.
Perrine Hanrot

She specialises in Oratorios and Recitals. Along with her studies in philosophy, she graduated from the Paris and Utrecht conservatories of music. She is proud to have sung with celebrated conductors such as M.W.Chung, J. Nelson, M. Piquemal, C. Eschenbach, M.Minkovski...
In 2000 she co-founded the "Voices" duet specialising in the Gospel repertoire. Perrine has formed and directed several company choirs: BRED, LU, UIC.
She teaches vocal technique to amateur and professional choirs.
Alain Nessim Ifrah

Alain is a practising psychotherapist with a certificate in E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). He specialises in treating post-traumatic stress disorder in short therapy sessions. A consultant in companies for the past 14 years, he deals with breakdowns in human relations within company head offices. In this framework, he set up and organised in Lyon in 1988 the first conferences on the transfer of companies in France. Alain Nessim Ifrah is president of IPSYA (Institute of Applied Psychology) and designer and organiser of the "Alternative Medicine University”.
His writings include: “Les sept comportements de la femme amoureuse”, “L’étoile de David, histoire d’un symbole” and “Les cinq vies de l’amour dans le couple”. He is currently writing a book on the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, “En voie de guérison”. Alain Nessim Ifrah has also created the web radio: RADIOPSY.COM
Poumi Lescaut

 She began her career by spending 12 years in classical dance notably with Rosella Hightower, Tania Grantseva and Raymond Franchetti, and in contemporary dance mainly with Joseph Russillo, Yuriko, Martha Graham, and the Alvin Ailey Company.
She danced in Maurice Béjart’s Ballet du XXème siècle (1965-1966) and the Compagnie Kathleen d’Epinoy (1968-1973) before creating twenty dance programmes with her own troupes.
She has taught dance for over 30 years, yoga for 27 years and singing for around 12 years. Yogi Bhajan, master of the technique of Kundalini yoga in India and the West, introduced her to yoga.
She trained under the psychoanalyst G.C. Rapaille at the Institut Théracie and studied human energy with Y.A. Dauge at the Sorbonne, leading to her practice of psycho-energetic therapy over the past 20 years.
She teaches in all the main centres in Paris (Marais, American Centre, Paris-Centre, Ménagerie de Verre, etc.) and runs courses for prima ballerinas of the Opéra de Paris (Royan), for dancers and actors (AFDAS courses), for physical education teachers (Ministry of Youth and Sport), and for the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris.
Mario Varvoglis

 PhD in Cognitive Sciences and specialist in teaching the uninitiated to progressively discover problems, Mario Varvoglis began his career as a researcher in two American laboratories (Division of Psychophysics, Maimonides Hospital, New York ; Psychophysical Research Laboratories, Princeton) on non-verbal communication, intuition, the modified states of awareness and creativity. A guest lecturer at numerous conventions in Europe and the United States, he is the author of several publications in specialised scientific journals as well as works for a wider audience (La Rationalité de l'Irrationnel, InterEditions: Paris 1992; Psi-Explorer, CD-ROM, UGM-IGK 1996; Le Sixième Sens, Editions du Chêne, 2003).
Installed in France since 1985, Mario Varvoglis took on the mission of coaching organisations seeking to develop their potential for creativity, innovation and collective intelligence. Expert with APM and GERME2, lecturer, facilitator and trainer, he teaches creativity in universities, professional organisations and training centres, and runs inter-company seminars and applied creativity courses for SME-SMI as well as for numerous international companies.

Martina Kieser

 She is a training consultant. Besides general negotiation courses she is in charge of individual coaching for intercultural management. She has a licence for Educational Science and a master’s degree of Philosophy. After working as a trainer in big French-German companies she set up her own business of training, communication and consulting.
